Qili Cao, male, born in June of 1967 in Taizhou, Jiangsu.
● He graduated from Yangzhou University in 1990, majoring in road and bridge engineering. 

● As a Senior Engineer of Road&Bridge Engineering and National Construction Engineer, he is now chairman of Jiangsu Qida Road&Bridge Engineering Co., LTD.

● Since graduation, he has been engaged in several large-scale engineering pre-research work, construction designed drawings, project implementation and project management. 

● Also, he participated in many express highway construction and large bridge construction project when he was in state-owned construction enterprise. He established Jiangsu Qida Road&Bridge Engineering Co., LTD. In 1998.
